Yoga Classes suitable for all ages and abilities

Anita started practicing Iyengar Yoga in 1991 in her neighbouring home village in Yorkshire with Erica Sinclair an Iyengar Yoga Teacher. The practice of Iyengar Yoga helped to preserve the health of Anita’s hyper mobile joints, build muscular strength and increase flexibility, bringing balance to the musculature of her body which helped with her sports performance in martial arts and Marathon running. The practice of Iyengar Yoga supported Anita physically, mentally and emotionally to eventually becoming a black belt in Taekwondo. Erika was a wonderful teacher and friend, she had a keen eye to see when one was misaligned, with use of props to help attain alignment and ensure you were practicing safely and effectively. This inspired Anita herself, and become a Physcial Yoga Teacher in 2004 and then went on to study the Iyengar Yoga system to become a level 2 teacher. Anita now teaches physical Yoga and Pilates Classes to all ages and abilities.
Beginners Yoga Classes
Open to all and complete beginners.

Monday morning 9:30 – 11:00am at Edenthorpe Community Centre, Cedric Road, Edenthorpe, Doncaster DN3 2HZ
Tuesday morning 10:00-11:00am at Eastoft Village Hall, High Street, DN17 4PA
